2000 – 2003

Divitel has executed a contract for project management, planning and supervision relating to the construction of a backbone of approx. 2,000 Km. Supervision of the implementation of around 30 Points of Presence (250-500 square meters each) is also included in the contract.
The subject of the contract is the supply of professional support services for complete project management, i.e. :
• drawing up and control of technical specifications;
• design and planning control;
• safety coordination at the planning stage in accordance with legislative requirements;
• management of relations with Local Government Departments (Provincial, Municipal, Land Reclamation Consortia, Water Management Authorities, Motorway Management Companies etc.) to obtain excavation permits and related rights of passage agreements;
• project engineering, supervision and accounting;
• provision of Project Manager for coordination of site implementation works
