Start of project: 2014

Divitel is ejecuting with CTIL (joint venture between Vodafone and Telefonica for merging their networks), a service contract that includes the activities below mentioned:
– Development of an SOL application focused on managing sites adquisition process;
– Help desk service
– Consulting for the analisys and optimisation of operative processes of roll-out and adquisition.

2013 – 2015

Divitel performed a pilot with CTIL, a joint venture between Vodafone and Telefonica for the merging of their networks, regarding the rent reduction of around 500 leases with the objective to reduce the rents and verify the market reactions. The services supplied include the full project management of the project and the Divitel web application called SOL dedicated to the project.
