Start of project: 2009
Divitel is executing an outsourcing contract with H3G to manage the following services related to the sites:
-Real estate: management of the active and passive contracts;
-Lifecycle: management of trouble tickets, extraordinary interventions (including preliminary evaluations), subcontractors, safety;
-Power management: management of the utilities of the sites;
-Management system: web based tool to manage all the services outsourced;
-Contact center: management of the issues of the landlords with a dedicated front-office, back-office and reporting;
-Mails management: mail box and protocol management, digitalization of all the mails received and sent;
-Reporting.

The project is supported by a dedicated web tool designed and developed by Divitel to manage the services and used by all the actors of the processes.

Start of project: 2009

Divitel has developped for  H3G a modular web portal that allows users to access a wide range of modules that manage the following business processes :
-E2E lease management: data, documents, processes and payments;
-energy management;
-roll-out of the network;
-trouble tickets and maintenance;
-site sharing;
-management of logistic;
-contract management of Build Operate Transfer project with Ericsson;
-safety access to the sites.
Based on customer requests new modules are costantly added to the portal.

Start of project: 2010

Divitel  is managing logistic activities related to telecommunications  equipmente and materials belonging to H3G.
The service is related to the following activities:
• definition of the targets, methods and workflow of the process;
• phisical inventory of the materials installed on the sites, labelling the requested parts;
• database update of the inventory and control of the transportations of the stocked materials from and to the operator warehouses;
• technical equipment end-to-end management: reorder, storing and distribution;

Start of project: 2009

Divitel is executing a contract relevant to the renegotiation of around 1.500 rental contracts of sites included in H3G saving project. Divitel is the company which has obtained the best results among the different companies responsible for the activities,

The project was fully supported by an informatics tool, with Web access, realized by Divitel and provided to H3G.

2014-2015

Divitel executed a contract for H3G to renegotiate around 750 branded shops.

2009 – 2013
Divitel has executed a contract for H3G relevant to Project Management and technical support to the execution of 300 sites where H3G is hosted by other operators.
The activities include:
-project control for the technical, economic and administrative verification of the performances of the different actors of the process (design, installation and construction companies) to assure the respect of the costs and the times planned
-technical assistance in the field during construction phase to control the quality of the works.

The project is fully supported by a tool, accessible by internet, belonging to Divitel, for the control of project, used by H3G and by all the actors of the process.

2009 – 2011

Divitel executed a contract relevant to the specific work execution to adequate an H3G existing building for offices with an estimated value of around 2.5 Million Euros.
The activities to be performed are:
-Project control for the technical, economic and administrative verification of the performances of the different actors of the process (design, installation and construction companies) to assure the respect of the costs and the times planned
-Technical Assistance in the site during the construction phase for work monitoring
-Work test during activities progress and, at the end, including final acceptance

2009 – 2010

Divitel executed a contract relevant to the renegotiation of around 10 important rental contracts of buildings of H3G with the aim to obtain a reduction of rents currently paid.

2008

Divitel has provided a web based application for the management of the renovation of the rental contracts of H3G sites.
The activities have been the followings:
• Definition of target, processes and relevant work-flow;
• Realization of a software tool to manage the activities and store the documents;
• Definition of the process and of the relevant management , including reporting.

2007 – 2013

Divitel executed a contract related to the construction of about 1,200 shops of H3G, located in all Italian regions.
The contract includes the following activities:
• Project Control activity consisting in technical, economic and administrative verification of the performance of the design engineer and the contractors responsible for execution of the various activities, with the task of ensuring compliance with forecast costs and timing.
• On-site Technical Assistance during the construction stages for technical monitoring of works quality.

The project is supported by a tool of Divitel, accessible by Internet, for the control of the process, used by H3G and by all the executors of the various activities.

2003 – 2004
Divitel executed a contract related to the construction of an office building in Milan, for a works value of 7,000,000 Euros, including of the following activities:
• Project Control activity consisting of technical, economic and administrative verification of the performance of the design engineers and the contractors for the various activities, with the task of ensuring compliance with forecast costs and timing.
• On-site Technical Assistance during the construction stage for technical monitoring of works quality;
• Official Testing activity, during works execution and at their conclusion, for the economic and technical verification of works quality and costs and their congruity with the signed contracts.

2002 – 2005

Divitel has executed a contract with the mobile phone operator H3G, related to Project Management, Technical Supervision and technical assistance of about 3,500 sites of the new mobile phone network with UMTS technology and in addition for DVBH equipment installation.

2008

Divitel has executed the activity of consulting support for the start-up of the sites inventory for H3G.
The activities have been the followings:
• Definition of target, process and relevant work-flow;
• Definition of procedures, items, categories and equipment to be labeled;
• Realization of a software tool dedicated to the management of the activities and storage of documents;
• Definition of the control method and relevant reporting;
• Production of the documentation for the RFQ to be sent to the providers chosen by H3G;
• Training of the people to use the software application.

2014-2016

Divitel executed a contract for operator H3G relevant to project management and technical support on around 70 sites regarding the following activities:
-project control of the execution done by technical people auditing the sites with the task to assure the respect of time and costs planned;
-technical assistance during the non distructive controls of the metal structures holding the antennas.

2009-2017

Divitel executed a contract for H3G relevant to Project Management and technical support to the execution of 5500 sites where H3G hosts other operators.
The activities include:
-project control for the technical, economic and administrative verification of the performances of the different actors of the process (design, installation and construction companies) to assure the respect of the costs and the times planned
-technical assistance in the field during construction phase to control the quality of the works.
