Divitel has execute a contract with the operator Telefonica in Costa Rica for the acceptations (quality and quantity) of more than 500 sites, giving end-to-end management support included a dedicated web tool SOL owned by Divitel.

Start of project: 2015

Divitel is executing a contract relevant to the renegotiation of 2000 cell site lease contracts of the O2 network. All the management of the process is supported by SOL, informatics tool of Divitel.

Start of project: 2010

Divitel executes a contract for operator Telefónica relevant to the project management and direct re-negotiation activities of more than 4.000 rent contracts, supplying the complete management of the project including the support of the web application SOL developed by Divitel.

Start of project: 2016

Divitel is executing a contract relevant to the negotiation of cell site lease contracts of the Telefónica network. Objectives of the project are to improve contract terms, extend the run-time of the contracts and prepare the cell sites for LTE upgrades. All the management of the process is supported by SOL, informatics tool of Divitel.

2008 – 2009
Divitel has executed an activity of inventory for the control and optimization of the materials existing in various stores of Telefonica.
Activity is supported by an interactive web based tool made by Divitel and dedicated to the activity.

2006-2009

Divitel is engaged in a contract with Telefonica for Project Management, sites supervision and safety control related to about 2,500 sites in the North East, North and North West of Spain for GSM and UMTS network coverage completion.

2011-2016

Divitel performed a contract with Telefonica for the renegotiation of around 800  lease contracts of the sites in some areas of Spain.
The project has been fully supported by an informatics tool, with Web access, realized by Divitel and provided to Telefonica.

2010-2016

Divitel performed a contract with Telefonica for the construction of approximately 450 sites in some areas of Spain.
The services provided were engineering and design, permits management, construction supervision and safety, technical support.

2012
Divitel performed quality and quantity check on 150 Telefonica sites and on 300 km divided in 50 segments of fiber optic.
Divitel reviewed the internal processes for the build, installation and maintenance of the mobile sites and fiber optic.
Collaborated to review of the organization and of the responsibilities of the internal technicians.

2013-2014

Divitel has negotiated for rent reduction 600 lease contracts for Telefonica in Guatemala, El Salvador and Nicaragua

2012-2014

Divitel executed a contract with operator Telefonica in Guatemala related to the definition of the operative processes of the various activities of site implementation and management of the mobile and fixed network in the country.
The object of the project is to develop a set of web tools to manage all the processes of the operator.

2012-2013

Divitel completed a contract with Siemens, for the 2nd project management of some of the sites implemented by Siemens for the operator of the mobile phone network.
