Divitel is executing a project to reduce the rent for around 600 TIM and Vodafone sites.

Start of project: 2010
Divitel is executing a contract related to the renovation of about 120 Vodafone shops located in the north-east and center of Italy.
The contract provides the following activities:
-basic design, shop drawings, works execution control and safety;
-project control for the technical, economic and administrative verification of the performances of the different actors of the process (design, installation and construction companies) to assure the respect of the costs and the times planned
-technical assistance in the field during construction phase to control the quality of the works.

Start of project: 2015

Divitel is executing a contract relevant to the renegotiation of 3,000 cell site lease contracts of the Vodafone network. All the management of the process is supported by SOL, informatics tool of Divitel.

Start of project: 2016

Divitel is executing a contract relevant to the renegotiation of 200 cell site lease contracts of the Vodafone network. All the management of the process is supported by SOL, informatics tool of Divitel

Start of project: 2017

Divitel is executing an outsourcing contract with Vodafone to manage the following services related to the sites:
-Real estate contract management;
-Negotiation of existing cell site leases for extensions, rent reductions, term improvements
-Landlord Hotline: Management of all issues via all technologies (phone, fax, email, web) of the landlords with a dedicated front-office and back-office including extensive reporting and tracking capabilities;
-Reporting.

The project is supported by a Divitel´s web application designed to manage, track, analyse and report the performed services.

Start of project: 2017

Divitel is performing a contract related to real estate services detailed below:
– Passive lease contract management, including negotiation for renewals and invoicing control;
– Rent saving negotiations;
– Contact center and trouble ticket management related to leaseholders.
Divitel developed a web application to manage in an efficient and organized way the project.

2009 – 2011

Divitel performed with Vodafone a contract for engineering services, project, license and permits required for the connection by fiber optic lines of around 75 main sites  with the Central of Telefonica.

2010-2016

Divitel performed a contract with Vodafone for the renegotiation of around 400  lease contracts of Vodafone sites.
The project was fully supported by an informatics tool, with Web access, realized by Divitel and provided to Vodafone.

2004 – 2008
Divitel has executed a contract with the operator Vodafone for Project Management, design and works execution control, including activities relevant to safety, of about 500 sites in the North East of Italy, as part of the development of the GSM and UMTS mobile phone network.
